SEW ME PAMPA, the new collection by Maison Fauve
Hello! It is with unimaginable impatience that I reveal the new collection, the first under the name of Maison Fauve... Sew me Pampa ! Each new collection is the culmination of a significant amount of work. It is a clever mix between my desires for clothing, the search for a universe where I can project the different silhouettes, and what I want to tell you about for the coming season. I have been working on it since the end of last year, and everything I had in mind converged towards the same attitude: the rider... Well, it is an inspiration that comes from far away for me, I have always loved horses. But above all, I love the attitude of the woman on horseback: standing straight, looking far ahead, being sure of herself. For me, riding, living with horses was a mixture of strength and gentleness, an escape on every ride, a breath that carried me. I no longer ride and I feel a little empty because being a rider was a part of me and defined me as a person. I looked for a way to breathe all of this back into my models... Let's be clear, there are no jodhpurs, no polo t-shirts, no competition jackets in this collection. I let myself be lulled by the fantasy idea of the horsewoman, and I saw Andalusian horsewomen, Argentinian gauchos, Camargue herdsmen. People for whom horse riding is a job and for whom clothing is very important and goes beyond the framework of finery. For me, the pampas is the image of wide open spaces that are a bit arid, of heat and of wild rides. I present to you the 3 patterns of the new collection: the CRIOLLO jacket, the SANTA FE top and the SIERRA dress/blouse. Once again, it is a wardrobe that is offered to you, with patterns that allow you several versions, an ideal playground to decline according to your desires and the fabrics that inspire you! The SIERRA dress and blouse take up the codes of the wide belt of Argentinian riders, but we also find it among Andalusian riders. It will be wise with its closed back, or downright full sun with its largely low-cut back. The dress is mid-calf length, buttoned at the back and has pockets. A queenly look and lots of possibilities with this pattern! It is an asymmetry that I found easier to wear because the bust is not cut. And the model being fully lined, you can even sew it in lace or even play the reversible top! top santa fe sewing pattern maison fauve viscose fabric Annaka Bazaar top santa fé version collar viscose fabric lurex stripe Eglantine et Zoé health version knot viscose fabric coupons of Saint Pierre Santa Fé top version cotton fabric collar Frou Frou Paris The CRIOLLO jacket is an elegant garment that looks like an overcoat or a structured jacket depending on whether you belt it or not, and with the scarf slipped into the "loops" bands it takes on its full equestrian dimension. The jacket has a very slightly fitted cut, pretty pockets with a lapel, and wide bands in front and back that allow a belt to pass through (patterned on the board). Its collar can be fully buttoned or open like a suit jacket. criollo jacket sewing pattern maison fawn prince of Wales fabric Pretty Mercerie Criollo jacket, Sierra top and Pippa shorts Maison Fauve sewing patterns Pretty Mercerie jacket fabrics For this new collection, I wanted to do a very nice photo shoot, and I thank the Carré Mer beach that welcomed me for this shooting.
