Sewing pattern tutorial: How to make the Skyline blouse?

There is the timeless white shirt… And there is THE shirt!

The Skyline pattern combines everything I expected from a shirt pattern: a line that is neither too loose nor too fitted for more modernity without the risk of getting tired of it and real sewing work with magnificent pleated finishes that echo each other on the collar, bust and cuffs to play with lines and verticality.

And because there is nothing better than knowing that you can vary your sewing, we offer you 2 versions of collar (French and Peter Pan) and different back finishes (passion back detail forever): a full back or with a yoke that reveals the upper back, a middle back highlighted or not with a play of pleats.

Tucked into your pants, tied, pulled out over jeans, open over a tank top, slipped under a jacket, I promise you won't be able to do without it!

For this tutorial, I sewed the Skyline shirt with the ultra violet Lemon viscose fabric and white sequined buttons . Large patterned solids go very well with pleats, and in solid color Skyline will be the perfect basic and unusual blouse in your wardrobe!

Happy sewing!
