BLOOM is a bouquet of surprises in a dress/blouse: the perfect length for a summer outfit and a line gently supported by darts, the scalloped details of the front armholes, a slightly deep neckline because you are not quite an ingénue, and the surprise of the scalloped lower back flap, which makes the silhouette dance.

Sewing level : intermediate . The technical points of the pattern are sewing the darts, the scallops, and assembling the facing.
