FAQ sewing patterns and fabrics "Le Rivage"

The RÉCIF pants take the codes of sailor pants, to adapt them to everyday life: the waist is mid-high and highlighted with a belt, the hips are well fitted and it is closed by an invisible side zip. The leg widens and stops at the ankle, with a wide cuff.

The Italian pockets are worked with a pocket entry strip for a very neat finish. The back of the pants will fit your curves well thanks to its double waist darts, and flatter the silhouette with its large patch pockets.

Comfortable, elegant without being too dressed up, it will look just as good worn flat as with heeled sandals or ankle boots.

The Reef pattern grade from 34 to 52.

Sewing level : intermediate , the technical points are the installation of the invisible zip, the Italian pockets and the assembly of the belt and the lower leg cuff.

SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE INCLUDED (1 CM).

Emilie wears Récif in size 34, Marie-Sophie in size 36, Christine in size 38 and Vanina in 52.

- Fabric for a width of 140cm:
34: 140 cm
36-46: 200 cm
48-52: 220 cm
- 40 cm of iron-on adhesive
- A 22 cm invisible zip
- 30 cm of lining fabric for the pocket bag

Choice of fabric : cotton gabardine, denim, cotton satin, soft and comfortable jacquard, medium weight crepe, tailored wool, fabrics between 150 and 300 g/m2 depending on the desired result.
