Tailored wool fabric, end-to-end, 100% wool, Navy Blue from the Fall Winter 23/24 Fauvae Botanica collection

Superb fabric in 100% merino wool, woven in the United Kingdom. This medium weight wool will be perfect for sewing trousers , blazer and suit jackets , dresses , shorts and jumpsuits . Soft, supple, with a very beautiful drape, its thread-by-thread twill weave alternates navy blue and black threads for a subtly mottled effect and its combed wool finish offers a very slightly satin finish.

For sewing, we recommend our universal sewing machine needles , our sewing threads and if you need to iron on the fabric: Vlieseline G700 . For sewing jackets, we recommend interfacing the front bust with a Vlieseline G785 type iron-on in addition to the usual interfacing recommendations in your sewing patterns.
